B2ST won the case over Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.

Cube Entertainment honored the decision of Seoul Administrative Court to cancel the notification of Ministry of Gender Equality and Family on the first album of B2ST.

Commission on Youth Protection under Ministry of Gender Equality and Family notified the song 'Everytime It Rains' in the B2ST's first album as harmful material.

Cube Entertainment argued "In the lyrics of 'Everytime It Rains', the word 'Alchohol' and the means of consuming were not clearly mentioned. and the part 'I need to stop drinking' does not promote teenagers to drink alchohol". The Court accepted the argument of Cube Entertainment.
