Lee Soo Hyuk is threatening his friendship with BIG BANG leader G-Dragon over an Instagram post. However, fans should not be worried as newest YG artist was only joking around when he said he was going to stop hanging out with his new labelmate GD.

The Instagram banter started when G-Dragon reposted a post from YG Entertainment's Instagram account welcoming Lee Soo Hyuk to the YG Family. G-Dragon simply captioned his post with the actor's name, reported Soompi.

Lee Soo Hyuk responded by posting the same photo on his own Instagram and saying a senior from his new agency with 13.9 million followers posted his photo and his Instagram handle on his account. The actor was referring to G-Dragon who is one of the most-followed Korean celebrities in the world.

The actor however, had a complaint. "Last time he asked me why I wasn't greeting him formally and I thought he was joking," Lee Soo Juk said. "But he told me to do it again today so at this point it's probably safe to say he isn't joking, what is this, what should I do? Should I just stop meeting him."

The banter drew a lot of laughter and comments from both of their fans but most of them welcomed Lee Soo Hyuk to the YG family and looked forward to great projects from him. Many also commented on the easy camaraderie between G-Dragon and the actor.

According to All Kpop, Lee Soo Hyuk, who appeared on the drama "Scholar Who Walked the Night" where he won Best New Actor for the MBC Drama Awards, also took on projects like Lucky Romance and Sweet Stranger and Me. He signed with YG last March and the label promised to "assist him in a wide range of novel activities by communicating with him forwardly."
