Lee MinHo Back From Military Service

Lee Minho was able to complete his military training after entering the Korean Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Chungcheong province last month. Lee is set to serve as a public service officer at Suseo Social Welfare Center in Seoul.

It is mandatory for South Korean men to serve in the military for two years before they reach the age of 30 and if they refuse to do so, they will get jail time.

Lee Minho is a very popular Korean actor who acted in various popular dramas such as "Boys Over Flowers" (2009), "City Hunter" (2011),"The Heirs" (2013), and "The Legend of the Blue Sea" (2016).

The actor started his mandatory service as a public service worker on the 12th of May year 2017. He was unfortunately not able to serve as an active duty soldier due to past injuries from car accidents. Although he was a public service officer, Lee was still required to complete four weeks basic military training and on April 25, 2019, Lee was able to fulfill his duty to South Korea and is now ready to go back to the entertainment industry.

As per his management, even though they did not plan any special event to celebrate the occasion, fans all over the world visited him to congratulate him for completing his training. Lee bowed and waved to hundreds of fans who are waiting with signs and balloons to show support to the actor.

After the ceremony was over, Lee was spotted leaving a beauty salon. It seems like he is ready to make himself more handsome again for his local and international fans.

MYM Entertainment posted a congratulatory message for Lee in their facebook page and said "Today, Lee Minho, an actor we have been waiting for a long time is coming back to us. Please continue showing your love and interest for him and he will say hello with a better look."

Lee stated, "I would like to come back healthy and make them (fans) happy again with a great project." He also posted a picture of gifts and flowers he received from his fans together with his adorable dog in Instagram with a caption, "Thank you."

It is reported that Lee Minho is reviewing several different projects for his comeback in the small screen and just like his fans, we are all excited to see what is next for Lee so, stay tuned for more updates.
