Billboard's World Album Chart Revealed its Ranking

Billboard has revealed the rankings for World Albums Chart for the week until June 8!

NCT 127 takes the top spot with their latest extended play "We Are Superhuman." It is the group's second time to be at the No. 1 place; their first was in January 2017 with their album "Limitless."

The mini-album, which consists of the title track "Superhuman," also ranked high on the Billboard 200 when it debuted on May 24, 2019. It was at No. 11, making this the highest standing of the boy group on the chart as of now.

Furthermore, NCT 127's "We Are Superhuman" is their second entry on the Billboard 200. In October 2018, the boys were at No. 86 on the chart with their album "Regular-Irregular."

Next to NCT 127 is BTS with "Map of the Soul: Persona," coming at No. 2 in this week's World Albums chart. It is the sixth extended play of the boy band, which was launched on April 12, 2019. Also, the album debuted at number one on Billboard 200, making it their third album to hit the top spot in less than a year.

Comes in at No. 4 on World Albums chart is BTS's Love Yourself: Answer, and at No. 5 is again BTS with "Love Yourself: Tear." The foremost is the group's third Korean-language compilation album, which was unveiled on August 24, 2018. This is the first Korean album to be gold-certified in the United States. The latter album is BTS's third Korean studio album. It was released on May 18, 2018, containing it's lead single "Fake Love" and becoming first place on Billboard 200.

BLACKPINK's "Kill This Love" grabs the No. 9 spot on the World Albums chart. It is their second Korean-language EP, released on April 5, 2019. It is the fastest music video to hit 100 million views in less than three days.

At No. 13 is GOT7's "Spinning Top: Between Security & Insecurity." It is the boy group's ninth extended play, launched on May 20, 2019. The album will be promoted throughout a world tour which will start on June 15 in Seoul and ends on October 26 in Manila, Philippines.

BTS's "Face Yourself" takes the 13th place. It is the third Japanese studio album of the boy band, which was publicized on April 4, 2018. It debuted at no. 43 on Billboard 200.

The last K-pop artist to be included on this week's World Albums chart is EXO's Lay with "NAMANANA." This album marks Lay's US debut under the name Lay Zhang, which was released on October 19, 2018.
