Hugh Jackman Shares A Peace Sign To Fans On His 46th Birthday; More Candle-blowing And Birthday Greetings Appeared On TV Days After
Hugh Jackman turns 46 this year on October 12 and this Wolverine star prefers to have a laidback birthday celebration at The Inn at Pound Ridge with his family who initiates a simple celebration with the actor. Posts on the actor's Instagram show how he celebrated his birthday.
One post that appeared on Sunday shows the X-men star posing for a selfie, with him wearing a black sweater and a NY cap, while he gives out a peace sign to his million followers.
In another selfie, the Aussie actor is wearing a black shirt underneath a black leather jacket and black cap while he is holding what looks like a mocha or iced coffee drink with a swirl milk design on top. He captions it saying "Thank you for ALL THE birthday love hj"
Being a proud Aussie, the actor also takes a photo while lovingly eating lammingtons, a delicious delicacy in the country. The photo is uploaded with a caption that goes, "Mmmmmm! Lamingtons! Now that's a great Aussie present!"
And of course, Hugh's dog, Dali J did not get missed in the celebration as a photo of the 46-year old actor with his dog taking a stroll is also posted on Tuesday.
Meanwhile,the Pan actor again received a big cake with 46 candles in Good Morning America with anchor Robert Robins as he promotes a new project, a Broadway musical "The River". His appearance will start on October 31. In the talk show, he revealed that part of the reason why he joined the play is his fond memories of the play's venue, The Circle In The Square Theater where he had his very first stage production with the icon Al Pacino.
The venue, according to Jackman, is always fully-packed, he and his wife Debbie, 55, can barely get a seat and most of the time, they have to stand up for a long time.
Hugh Jackman got his big break when he is assigned to play Bryan Singer's character Wolverine, which unlike other superhero characters like Batman and Superman, never get any replacement for fourteen years.
