RHONJ Season 6 Episode 6 Recap [VIDEO] Amber, Teresa And Nicole Can't Deliver As Dina Manzo Keeps Up NO Storyline-Teresa And Joe Guidice Want Sympathy For Fraud On Real Housewives of New Jersey

RHONJ Season 6 Episode 6 Recap: Ratings for RHONJ have gone down again after Real Housewives of New Jersey has had its worst season! Sadly, this week's episode was another snoozer, not helping RHONJ get its fan base back. After airing only episode 6 of Jersey Housewives, the Bravo reality show has already hit a slump. And by the look of next week's episode, it doesn't look like the ratings will bounce back. For the first time ever, Real Housewives of Orange County is beating RHONJ on Bravo. I look forward to watching RHOC on Mondays, while RHONJ feels like a Sunday night chore. Though ratings went up this week, they have still plummeted since last season. So why is RHONJ failing so badly? Well, just take a look at episode 6 and you can see why. That is is you didn't fast forward all the way through because it was so freakin dull and boring. People really felt a deep connection to the old cast. The new cast is just not getting under viewers' skin. Maybe the comeback of Jacqueline Lauritas will help Jersey Housewives, but I think it depends on the reasons that she inserts herself back into the Jersey drama. If her storyline is interesting, then maybe Real Housewives of New Jersey could revive again. Because when you have Melissa Gorga as the main character, then you know it's time for RHONJ to possibly pass away from the Bravo lineup...and keep dying. Melissa is so boring that I'd rather see Caroline Manzo or Kathy Wakile! I'm supposed to feel sympathetic that the high maintanence Jersey girl is staying in a rental home? I should be interested in her and her husband Joe's garbage truck? Bravo, help me out here.

How on earth is season 6 entertaining? And I am not that hard to be moved by reality TV, and I'd settle for really anything on Bravo. The only thing that I didn't have to force myself to watch and I actually volunteered to watch, was Rosie's new girlfriend. As Alex McCord said in teh video above, Rosie should get her own RHONJ spinoff show. It wowuld be better than this episode was!  I had high hopes for RHONJ this season, but maybe the garden state program needs to move on. Shaking up the cast only hurt Jersey ratings. Despite what Bravo had anticipated this season, the comeback of Dina Manzo has done nothing for the Jersey reality show. People actually prefer Jackqelline and Caroline! Dina has absolutely no real storyline and her biggest issue is her daughter going off to college. And Dina is also scared to jump into the dating pool again. Who cares?! As for Joe and Teresa Guidice, do the Real Housewives of New Jersey executives think we're falling for this sad attempt to gain our sympathy? We all know the wrongs that Tre and Joe have done. Well, the pair won't be getting an ounce of sympathy from me and hopefully other Housewives fans won't fall for their tears. Am I supposed to forget that Joe ripped off the government and thousands of decent tax paying citizens? I'm supposed to forget that they cheated and defrauded the banks and when they filed for bankruptcy, they did not pay taxes? It's the rest of us that pay for it!

And lets not forget how Teresa was throwing around money like her hands were on every other season of RHONJ. So when she tells Dina she's 'ok with downsizing' am I supposed to think she's a new Housewives hero? The new additions to Housewives, Amber, Nicole and Teresa do not deliver, killing Bravo's ratings. They are not entertaining at all, though on paper they look like feisty, fun women. The new twin Housewives, Amber and Nicole, had big promise for the show but they fail to deliver. Why? I think it's because they are so predictable. As a New Yorker, I know women exactly like them and even though they are fun ladies, I know what they are going to say before they even screech it. They are annoying and I STILL can't tell the difference between the newbies. Amber, well, she's as cringe worthy to watch as Real Housewives of New York Sonja Morgan's burlesque shows. She's too much of a newbie to actually bring the drama yet to a show like RHONJ, where it takes a while to keep up with the craziness. And to start trouble with Amber, another Housewives newbie, is just plain awkward for the audience. And although I like Amber's husband as a person on RHONJ, I think he is too intelligent for fun TV and the couple will ultimately be fired, if the entire show is not thrown out before then.

What do you think is the reason for the ratings drop on Real Housewives Of New Jersey?
