T-ARA Jiyeon "I Thought My Head Was Going To Explode When I Was Learning Japanese"

On the July 12 broadcast of KBS' "Star Life Theater," T-ARA's Jiyeon shared about her troubles with learning Japanese. She had to learn the language for T-ARA's promotions in Japan last September.

Jiyeon shared, "The language barrier was the biggest issue. My head was seriously about to explode. I lost my self-esteem because I couldn't understand what they were saying."

She continued, "After our album was released, we ranked first on the Oricon weekly chart. I was really happy when I found out." Jiyeon shared the lifting of pressure she felt after the struggles she had in Japan, saying "It was the best feeling ever."

T-ARA is currently promoting their newest single, "Day by Day," which was released on July 7.
