Ariana Grande, Big Sean Dating Confirmed at MTV VMAs; `Break Free’ Duo Break Free Together

Ariana Grande and Big Sean are dating. The pair who teamed up for Ariana's single "Break Free" look like they are doing just that. Grande broke free from "Sam and Cat," which co-starred Jennette McCurdy, the former "iCarly" star who's leaked Instagram selfies made headlines earlier this year.

Both Ariana Grande and Big Sean recently broke free of their significant others. Grande recently broke off her relationship with Jai Brooks. Big Sean was engaged to "Glee" star Naya Rivera, but the couple split last April.

Speaking about Big Sean, Grande told Extra's Mario Lopez "I love working with him, obviously. We've done many songs together. ... We even have a few that y'all haven't heard yet, so yeah, I love making music with him. He's very talented."

An insider told E! News "They have been friends since they made the song together. They have been spending more time together and recently have been getting very close. They are both doing great."

It looks like Ariana Grande finally broke her silence on dating Big Sean when the pair were seen holding hands backstage at the MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 24.
Earlier this month it was reported that  Ariana Grande and Big Sean had a date to see the movie "The Purge" at The Grove in Los Angeles and were caught kissing during the movie.

Grande was asked about her alleged boyfriend on the Ryan Seacrest Radio Show.

The actress and singer told Seacrest "I mean, I guess, curiosity man, it'll kill you. I don't know what to say, Ryan. Why are you doing this to me? I'll tell you when we're not on the air. I trust you. I've known you a long time. I don't know about these millions of people listening in right now."
