Liberty Ross Forgives K Stew Affair With Husband During 'Snow White And The Huntsman': Does Robert Pattinson Feel The Same?

Liberty Ross has broken her silence about Kristen Stewart’s infamous affair with her husband, Rupert Sanders, back in 2012. The actress and model told Bazaar UK she has long since forgiven both Stewart and Sanders for the romance, which took place during the filming of Snow White And The Huntsman, and says she feels the tabloids blew the whole thing out of proportion. This raises the question: how does Robert Pattinson, who was in a long -term relationship with Stewart at the time, feel about the affair? Has he moved on too?

When asked in an interview with the British Magazine whether she still had hard feelings toward the Stewart, Ross responded, “God, no. Ugh. People need to learn to forgive. I have no problem with anyone involved. I’m completely compassionate, I really am.” She added that she it was probably been time for both her and Sanders to move on regardless: “Rupert and I were together since we were very, very young. I was 18…I always used to say we were more like brother and sister anyway. We’d been together so long, we weren’t really evolving as a couple.”

Ross says the hardest part of the ordeal was coping with with the intense media scrutiny. She explains, “Unfortunately, we live in a world where everything is so overexposed that it’s actually terrifying. I was horrified at how relentless and extraordinary going through something like that was.” In order to protect her children, she says, “I was able to go and be somewhere secluded for a good month. And then when school started again, I had no choice but to be as strong a woman as I could be for the children. 

The actress and model says things are looking much brighter these days: “It’s amazing what two years does. Today I feel happier than I’ve ever felt, and I’m in such a great place.” She adds, “All of us are: my kids are great, Rupert’s amazing, we have all moved on and everyone is doing really well.” 

Pattinson, meanwhile, just gave his own interview to Esquire UK, in which he was asked about the scandal. His response was simple: “Sh*t happens, you know. It’s just young people…it’s normal. And honestly, who gives a sh*t.” Sounds like the actor is in a pretty good place, himself.
