‘The Flash’ TV Series Spoilers: DC Characters Invade Show? ‘Prison Break’ Stars Gang Up On Barry Allen
"The Flash" TV series spoilers hint of more DC characters to invade the pilot as former "Prison Break" stars will gang up on Barry Allen.
Stephen Amell teased "The Flash" TV series spoilers during a Fan Expo Canada in Toronto last weekend as he talked about new DC characters who will make an appearance in the show in future episodes.
"We have Ra's al Ghul coming in Season 3 of Arrow. The reaction at San Diego Comic Con when they heard his name and they saw that introduction and the teaser was the greatest reaction that I have ever heard in my entire life," he said, per Inside Pulse.
"What DC is allowing us to do in an on-going basis on the show is incredibly rewarding because we have given them two seasons. The results have been really good and they are giving us great characters," he added.
In a Q&A with fans he posted on Facebook, which later ended up on YouTube, Stephen Amell added that they have a "laundry list" of DC characters that will make an appearance on the show, but he declined from naming all of them.
The Hollywood Reporter, meanwhile, dished out more "The Flash" TV series spoilers when it reported the addition of Dominic Purcell as Heatwave, joining former "Prison Break" co-star Wentworth Miller who plays another villain in the show, Captain Cold.
This is the first TV reunion for both Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller since the highly successful "Prison Break" in 2009 where they played brothers Lincoln Burrows and Michael Scofield. Purcell will reportedly make his appearance in the 10th episode, while Miller will appear on the fourth episode.
"Purcell will play Mick Rory, a pyromaniac who finds an outlet for his obsession with fire when he teams up with Leonard Snart/Captain Cold (Miller) and becomes the villain known as Heatwave," the THR said. "In DC Comics lore, Heatwave is a member of the Rogues, led by Captain Cold."
