Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed's date was far from usual as the couple reportedly went on a bedroom toys shopping spree. According to TMZ, the vampire flick stars spent nearly $1,000 at the Seduction Love Boutique in Toronto.

According to the website, one clerk revealed what went inside Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed's shopping bags - handcuffs and restraints to name a few. The employee initially thought that the "Vampire Diaries" actor was Zac Efron but when the clerk told Somerhalder about it, he answered, "Nope, wrong guy."

The couple just started dating three weeks ago but as per insiders, the two are already getting serious. The "Twilight" actress reportedly makes it a point to often visit her beau on the set of "Vampire Diaries" in Atlanta.

Us Weekly likewise reports that the two are already sharing the same home in Atlanta. Recently, the former "Lost" actor shared a photo of him with Eagle, the horse he adopted with Reed.

An insider of Ok! magazine thinks that Reed might again end up with a heartbreak: "Nikki's crazy impulsive. Once she falls in love, she can't think straight." Reed's pals are reportedly worried that the new couple might be taking things too quickly.

It can be remembered that Reed and her former husband Paul McDonald tied the knot in Malibu four months after publicizing their relationship. They separated because of conflicts in "work schedules." The two remain friends following their split.
