"Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales" rumors point at the return of Orlando Bloom, who might reprise his role as Will Turner after his absence in 2011's "On Stranger Tides," as Keira Knightley already closed her doors on the franchise.

Orlando Bloom himself confirmed the "Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales" rumors at the Oz Comic-Con in Brisbane, said The Guardian.

"There have certainly been some discussions about it and I'm open to it. That whole experience working with Johnny and (director) Gore (Verbinski) was really amazing for me," he said.

He also said that Johnny Depp was still the main factor why he's even considering going back to the franchise.

"I was such a massive fan of Johnny Depp growing up so to get up close and personal to Johnny and see how he worked as an actor was just a massive (gift)," he added.

In a Toronto Sun report, Keira Knightley quashed "Pirates of the Carribean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales" rumors linking her name to the franchise as she said that, "I think that ship has sailed."

The English actress, who played Elizabeth Swann, only reiterated her previous interviews where she revealed that she's not returning to the franchise ever.

Interviewed by Steve Wright on BBC Radio 2, per London's Mirror, the 29-year-old actress said in reply to the request to give some details for the fifth film of the franchise, "I have no idea, I don't know what they're doing."

"My time has definitely passed, I loved it, it was an amazing experience but I won't be going back," she added.

Keira Knightley also said that it doesn't matter how many more installments for the franchise even after "Pirates of the Caribbean 5." "I don't know what they're doing, there are so many piratical tales they could tell, it's a fun franchise, it was a lot of fun," she said.
