Ana Ortiz (Marisol Suarez) will be working on "How to Get Away with Murder," which she first announced on her Twitter page on August 8 when she posted: "So excited to be working on this show!!! #HTGAWM #ViolaDavis #ShondaRhimes #Willigetawaywithit https://instagram.com/p/rbEAUzpsh-/."
In an interview with WetPaint, Ana Ortiz dished out on her character on Shona Rhimes' new show.
"My character on the show is a soccer mom with a big, big, big secret. It's a really fun episode and Viola Davis is my character's lawyer," she said.
Meanwhile, Colin Woodell (Ethan Sinclair) also has snagged a part in the vampire TV series "The Originals.
Earlier, TVLine reported the addition of Colin Woodell ("Devious Maids") in a recurring role as a werewolf named Aiden.
"A lieutenant in New Orleans' leading werewolf pack, Aiden isn't opposed to teaming up with witches if they can help him take down vampires and keep his family safe," Andy Swift wrote, adding that Colin Woodell would expectedly form "dangerous alliances" that will keep the series interesting.
Roselyn Sanchez, who plays Carmen, told Fox News Latino that they haven't been told of any updates to the "Devious Maids" season 3, however she's confident that Lifetime will eventually pick up the drama because of fan following and ratings.
"Everyone is very positive, it's the highest rated show for Lifetime so they need it, we are super proud of it," she said.
Eddy Ganem, meanwhile, takes to fashion just like her character Valentina in "Devious Maids" as she attended the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2015 at Lincoln Center on September 7 in New York.
"I am really starting to learn a little more about color, texture, and fabrics but most importantly - I'm starting to think these fashion shows are going to be dangerous because I'm going to want to go shopping and buy everything I loved on the runway," she said in a Just Jared article.
