Today, the official staff for the upcoming "My Hero Academia" anime series revealed a new color character design for Katsuki Bakugo. Fans can check out the new designs for all of the "My Hero Academia" anime characters on the official website.

Though the character of Katsuki Bakugo is obviously the rival of main character Izuku, some fans are still very excited about his appearance in the anime.

"Finally! My favorite character. The designs is perfect. They really stuck to the manga's style," said Kileymik in an ANN forum.

The official "My Hero Academia" anime has so far revealed color character designs for Izuku and All Might. It has also been revealed that Studio Bones will handle the animation production, and will be directed by Kenji Nagasaki.

For those not familiar with "My Hero Academia," it was originally a manga series by Kohei Horikoshi. The series is currently running in Weekly Shonen Jump. Viz Media is simultaneously publishing the chapters and released the first volume of the manga in August.

Viz Media describes the story of "My Hero Academia" as follows:

"What would the world be like if 80 percent of the population manifested extraordinary superpowers called "Quirks" at age four? Heroes and villains would be battling it out everywhere! Becoming a hero would mean learning to use your power, but where would you go to study? U.A. High's Hero Program of course! But what would you do if you were one of the 20 percent who were born Quirkless?"

It goes on:

"Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he hasn't got an ounce of power in him. With no chance of ever getting into the prestigious U.A. High School for budding heroes, his life is looking more and more like a dead end. Then an encounter with All Might, the greatest hero of them all gives him a chance to change his destiny..."
