Bristol Palin, Joan Rivers Switch Lives On ‘Celebrity Wife Swap’: Plastic Surgery Fanatics Trade Extreme Lifestyles

Bristol Palin and her sister Willow Palin will switch lives with Joan Rivers on ABC's "Celebrity Wife Swap" beginning on June 23rd, where both plastic surgery aficionadas will trade their extreme lifestyles.

Bristol Palin lives with her four-year-old son Tripp in frigid Wasilla, Alaska, while Joan Rivers and her 45-year-old daughter Melissa Rivers live in tropical Los Angeles, C.A. While Bristol Palin's lifestyle is quiet and serene, Joan Rivers' everyday life is jam packed with stressful television production work and daily video recordings.

Will the two plastic surgery buffs be able to embrace each other's lifestyles?

Perhaps Joan Rivers' biggest worry is her handling of Bristol Palin's son Tripp, who is said to be a handful. Bristol Palin wants Tripp to have a more structured and organized lifestyle where he isn't always calling the shots in their household.

And Bristol Palin's biggest concern will be handling Joan Rivers' hectic schedule where she will have to fill in as executive producer of "Fashion Police," while taking care of Rivers' 12-year-old grandson, Cooper.

Sarah Palin's daughter, who rose to fame after her mother ran as a presidential candidate and later appeared on "Dancing with the Stars," was a controversial figure within the show for her outlandish views and her often unwarranted remarks.

Joan Rivers has also been the butt of many jokes after revealing that she's had 739 plastic surgery procedures.

Bristol Palin got her first plastic surgery procedure at the age of 20.

"It improved the way I look, but this surgery was necessary for medical reasons...so my jaw and teeth could properly realign...I don't obsess over my face," Bristol Palin told Us Weekly in a 2011 interview.
