E3 2013 kickoff is happening on June 10 and gamers and fans can't wait for the much-awaited unveiling of the next generation of game consoles, including Sony's PlayStation 4 (PS4).

Sony has been keeping its PlayStation 4 under tight wraps. The company promised fans that the PS4 would only be revealed during the Electronic Entertainment Expo, or the E3. The show for the Sony PS4 is scheduled for Monday, June 10, 6 PM, PDT.

Though Sony has released a video teaser for the PlayStation 4, it only shows the audience a fuzzy black rectangle and very quick montage of some design details of the forthcoming console.

Aside from the unveiling of Playstation 4 at the E3 2013 conference in Los Angeles, fans are also excited about PS4 games to be made available in the market.

Sony has revealed some of the interesting titles for the PlayStation 4 including 'Knack', 'Killzone: Shadow Fall', 'Infamous: Second Son', 'Deep Down', 'The Witness', and a team-based racing game, DriveClub. All these games showcase the visual and graphical prowess of PlayStation 4 as well as its hardware strength.

The Playstation 4 creators have also already revealed details about its latest controller, The DualShock 4, that has a trackpad and a headphone jack. The design is much sleeker than the classic Dualshock controller. The light bar incorporated in the DualShock 4 controller rotates between three colors that can be usedto give feedback during game play, such as notifying a player if running on low health.

The DualShock 4 also is packed with some other great surprises such as a 3D camera, tagged as the PlayStation 4 Eye, a built-in speaker, and a six-axis sensor.

Sony announced that the PlayStation 4 will be released at the end of 2013, during the holiday season. However, no firm date of availability has been shared yet. It is also not clear if Sony will reveal the release date for the PlayStation 4 during its show at E3 2013 conference.
