'Mad Men' Season 6 Episode 11 Recap: 'Favors' Reveals Major Revelations And The Mystery Of Bob Benson

"Mad Men" is nearing the end of its sixth season, and "Favors" gears us up for the last two episodes with major developments.

The episode begins with Peggy, flustered from her housing rodent problem and Pete's mother talking to her like she's Trudy. Peggy's child with Pete is brought, if only in a moment of confusion. Awkward. At a dinner between Pete, Peggy, and Ted, Peggy and Pete get nostalgic about their romantic past, but not before Ted notices the chemistry.

Pete's situation with his mother continues to spiral, even with the new addition of Manolo, her caretaker. Pete confronts Bob about his recommendation and in turn reveals his affection for Pete. Guess all the fan theories were correct, although Pete being the object of Bob's affection is a surprise.

Don is placed in a strange predicament when Sylvia and Arnold's son, Mitchell, comes to Megan about draft dodging to Canada. Don seems sympathetic, yet inscrutable. During a company dinner, Don attempts to maneuver the conversation towards draft dodging, much to Ted's chagrin.

Ted finally confronts Don about their friction, and in a rare moment of mutual alliance, Ted agrees to call a friend for Mitchell if Don would lower his defenses. Don calls Sylvia to warm her heart and reminiscence. Another awkward.

Sally, in her usual disagreement with Betty, comes to Don's resident and bumps into Mitchell. Sally's friend Julie secretly sends Mitchell a playful letter on Sally's behalf. Sally is understandably furious and attempts to retrieve the letter using the doorman's key. The biggest moment of the episode comes when Sally catches Don in the midst of love-making with Sylvia.

The final sequence of the episode clashes multiple storylines when Arnold and Mitchell arrive to thank Don for his favor, and Sally calls Don out on his extramarital behavior. Don attempts to dissuade Sally from her anger. Only time will tell if it works.

Tune in next Sunday for the next episode of "Mad Men."
