NBA Finals Game 3 Spurs Win In 5 Gifs [Video]

The San Antonio Spurs defeated the Miami Heat 113-77 to take a 2-1 lead in the 2013 NBA Finals. Here are 10 gifs to explain how the Spurs blew the Heat off their AT&T Arena court.

The Heat came in after blowing the Spurs off their home floor to avenge a game 1 loss at home.

The Spurs had already upset the Heat at home in game 1 to win back home court advantage.

Because of the 2-3-2 sequence of the NBA Finals travel schedule (2 games for the team with homecourt advantage, 3 games for the away team, and the last 2 games for the team with the homecourt advantage), the Spurs just need to win their remaining two home games to win the Larry O'Brien trophy.

Here's how the Spurs won their first game on their home court and took a 2-1 series lead heading into Thursday night's game 4.

Despite neither Tony Parker or Tim Duncan playing more than 30 minutes tonight, this pass from Tony to a cutting Duncan for the dunk must have reminded Spurs fans of the previous three titles the big man and little French ex of Eva Longoria have already captured.

The big fella can still throw it down!

Manu Ginobili the other member of San Antonio's "Big 3," was also kept in check, but he did pump-fake Dwyane Wade here and coast in for a dunk that makes you forget he's 35-years-old and in his 11th NBA season, but 17th professional season after playing six years professionally in Argentina and Italy.

Duncan finished with only 12 points, on 5-for-11 shooting, to go with 14 rebounds and two blocks. But he hustled his butt off all game, like he did here after stimying Mario Chalmers with a block before jumping into the stands to save the ball.

We're pretty sure this Spurs fan didn't mind "Timmay" landing in her lap.

But the biggest reason the Spurs blew the Heat out tonight was the shooting of Danny Green and Gary Neal, the under-the-radar wings for an under-the-radar Spurs team.

Combined, they were 13-for-19 from 3-point range and scored for a combined 51 points. Danny Green knocked down 7-for-9 from long range and Neal was 6-for-10, including this 3-pointer at the buzzer to end the first half with the Spurs ahead by 6. They would never lose that lead again.

And this final 3-pointer from Green with around 6 minutes left to put the Spurs up by 30.

It was the Spurs night.
