Robbed, Then Arrested: 2 Chainz Can't Catch A Break

Just coming off of a gunpoint robbery earlier this week, rapper 2 Chainz's streak of bad luck continues, this time with an arrest for marijuana possession at LAX.

According to TMZ, the 35-year-old was caught with the narcotic in terminal 5 of the airport just before boarding his flight. The day before, 2 Chainz allegedly tweeted about the quality of weed in San Francisco.

TSA officials discovered the marijuana in his luggage after 2 Chainz had already boarded his outbound flight, but was subsequently removed and booked for felony narcotics possession.

In addition to the pot, he also reportedly possessed promethazine, one of the main ingredients in sizzurp, a recreation drug using prescription-strength cough syrup.

Just four months earlier, 2 Chainz was arrested on the same charge in Maryland, reported Hollywood Life.

Earlier on Sunday, 2 Chainz was robbed in broad daylight in San Francisco, and a source told TMZ that his entourage "ran away from the incident like cockroaches running from a flashlight."
