Will Superman Henry Cavill And Girlfriend Gina Carano Star Together In 'Man of Steel 2?'

Henry Cavill, who plays Superman in the upcoming "Man of Steel," may get to act alongside his girlfriend Giana Carano, who recently set aside her MMA gloves to pursue a career in acting.

According to Fanshare.com, Gina has appeared in multiple movies, with roles big and small. She received impressive reviews for her performances in "Haywire" and "Fast and Furious 6."

Fanshare.com believes that as Gina continues to pick up roles, she could be cast in the sequel to "Man of Steel," as a villain or even as Wonder Woman.

"Now that she is establishing herself as a Hollywood actress, Gina Carano could easily be cast in the Man of Steel sequel. She has all the attributes required to pull off a strong female villain or, there is even the possibility of introducing her in Man of Steel as Wonder Woman," Fanshare.com writes.

Though "Man of Steel" hasn't even reached the theaters yet, there is already talk of a sequel being made, with Henry Cavill continuing to star as Clark Kent, otherwise known as Superman.

The Daily Mail reports that Cavill, 30, and Carano, 31, started dating last September after Cavill ended his engagement to Ellen Whitaker. Cavill and Carano attended the BAFTA Film Awards together as a public couple in February.

The pair also went to the "Fast and Furious 6" premiere together, where Cavill showed his support for his girlfriend while she took to the red carpet.

Metro.co.uk teased Cavill at the London premiere of "Man of Steel" and asked him if he used his Superman suit in the bedroom with Carano.

"No!" Cavill said quickly.
