Miley Cyrus Parents Divorce Behing Miley's Back! Tweets Billy Ray To Call Or Text Her After Tish Files[VIDEO]

Miley Cyrus parents will divorce and Miley apparently didn't know about it! Had her parents been secretly planning a divorce behind her back?

Billy Ray's Cyrus's wife, Tish Cyrus, has just filed for divorce after 19 years. The divorce comes as a shock to daughter Miley Cyrus after Billy Ray filed for divorce in the past and then gave his marriage to Trish another chance.

Billy Ray first filed for divorce two and a half years ago but Cyrus withdrew his petition in March 2011 after the parents of Miley Cyrus has reportedly reconciled.

When her parents first filed for divorce Billy Ray blamed daughter Miley Cyrus and her huge fame on the family demise. This time Miley tweets her father a bizarre message on twitter to get Billy's attention.

Miley tweeted @billyraycyrus, "since your texts and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?" 

Billy Ray's wife, Tish Cyrus, is citing "irreconcilable differences" in her filing.

Billy Ray and Tish have been married for 19 years and have 5 children, including, of course, Miley.  There's only one minor child left, Noah Cyrus, who is 13. 

Tish is asking for full physical and legal custody, with visitation to Billy Ray. Tish is also asking for spousal support, and she wants him to pay her attorney's fees.
