Jennie Garth Divorce To Peter Facinelli Finalized; Exes Still Share Joint Checking Account

Jennie Garth has a lot to be happy about, but it's the recent finalization of her divorce and her daughter's graduation that make her most proud. Her dissolved marriaged to Peter Facinelli might be the most amicable in celebrity history, though.

The now-officially single Garth and Facinelli will not pay child support or alimony to one another.

Instead, they'll be depositing equal sums of money into a joint checking account.

TMZ reports they're each depositing the money to ostensibly help their three daughters, Fiona Eve, Lola Ray, and Luca Bela, aged 6-, 10-, 15-years-old.

Both parents will also have equal access to the money, reports TMZ.

The now divorced mom to three daughters, sent out a Tweet on Wednesday with her three daughters just a day after she signed the papers that finalize her divorce from fellow actor, Peter Facinelli.

The former 90210 alum, Garth, wrote as a caption on the gorgeous, flower corsets and smiling daughters picture at the top: "Graduation day #soproudofmylittleladies."

The 41-year-old Garth and 39-year-old Facinelli met on the set of the movie, An Unfinished Affair and married in January 2001 in a traditional Roman Catholic wedding.

They have three daughters as evidenced by the picture, but in March 2012, they announced they were divorcing.

But the joint checking account and a lack of any child or spousal support payments, might mean that Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli still have an "unfinished affair."

Why can't more celebrity weddings end with this show of mutual respect and support. Hollywood could learn a lot from these two.

Those three daughters are really lucky to have such responsible and loving parents willing to put their own squabbles on hold for the betterment of the family.
