Bambam Spills the Beans on How GOT7 Keeps the Group Spirit Alive While Solo— ' It was really difficult..'

In the eighth episode of BamHouse, a series that offers a glimpse into BamBam's life, the artist opened up about the challenges they face in keeping the group's essence intact amid their diverse solo pursuits.

BamBam candidly expressed the difficulties of managing their unity when spread across seven different entertainment companies.

We are in seven different companies, too. It was really difficult.

 To navigate these challenges, BamBam revealed a crucial strategy that has played a pivotal role in preserving their camaraderie: appointing someone to take charge of group-related tasks.

According to BamBam, both he and Jay B have assumed leadership roles within GOT7, handling internal and external group matters. This shared responsibility ensures that decisions are made efficiently and group-related affairs are managed seamlessly.

BamBam clarified that this division of responsibilities is rooted in Jay B's role as the group leader and his own position as one of the youngest members.

After we went outside of previous company and did first comeback, Jay B went around houses of all members to sign the contract. He really worked hard to continue the name of 'GOT7.'

The dedication to the GOT7 legacy extends beyond internal matters. Jay B took proactive steps to secure the group's future by personally visiting each member to have them sign a contract that binds them together.

BamBam acknowledged Jay B's hard work, particularly after their departure from the previous company, highlighting the leader's commitment to continuing the name of 'GOT7.'
