Paris Jackson Testifies In AEG Lawsuit, Says Former Nanny Was ‘Obsessed’ With Michael Jackson [VIDEO]

Paris Jackson gave a startling testimony in the wrongful death trial of her father, Michael Jackson. 15-year-old Paris is recovering in the hospital from her suicide attempt, after overdosing on pills and self-harming, The Mirror reports. The pre-taped testimony was shown in the trial Tuesday.

Paris is suing concert promoter AEG along with her grandmother and her siblings in the death trial of Michael Jackson. She was questioned under oath about her former nanny, Grace Rwaramba. Rwaramba was fired two months before Jackson's death.

"My dad didn't like her, so he tried to, like, keep her away from us," Paris said. "So he sent her on errands a lot."

Her father was reluctant to fire Rwaramba because "he felt bad because she didn't really have a lot of money," she testified, CNN reports.

"He said she was sneaky and she wasn't an honest person and she lied a lot," Paris said.

Paris brought up a particular incident as an example of Rwaramba's strange behavior: "One time when me and my brother were really young, before Blanket was born.. She would call the hotel and say she was his wife and they'd let her in, and he'd wake up and she'd be like in his bed.... She was obsessed with him. That's what he told us...kinda freaky."

When asked why her father didn't just make her stay away, Paris replied: "He sent her to India to get some stuff. She kept coming back."

The Jacksons' personal chef Kai Chase is also being questioned - she was fired in a similar way and time frame as Rwaramba.

According to Chase, Paris refuses to celebrate her birthday to preserve the memory of her 11th when Jackson hosted a private circus.

The April 2009 birthday party for Paris included a Cirque du Soleil-style show and a giant balloon, Chase said.

"Paris hasn't had any birthdays since. She hasn't wanted to celebrate since," Chase said.
