Wilmotte, renowned for his work on the Louis Vuitton headquarters, has infused the building with a blend of modern elegance and functional privacy, making it a coveted residence among celebrities and high-net-worth individuals.

The 149㎡ unit was purchased by Hoshi on April 12 last year, with the registration completed on July 28. The transaction, notable for its full cash payment, reflects Hoshi's financial success and stable economic standing.

This purchase follows closely on the heels of another high-profile acquisition in the same building by Yoo Jae Suk, a beloved South Korean television personality.

Yoo's purchase, amounting to approximately 8.7 billion won (6.4 million USD) in cash, marked the end of his 15-year rental period and underscored the desirability of the Brighten N40 residence among Korea's elite. Hoshi, born in 1996, has seen a meteoric rise to fame since debuting with SEVENTEEN.

Known for his dynamic performance skills and charismatic stage presence, he has helped the group achieve significant popularity both in South Korea and internationally.
