Terry Smith's 'Human Remains' Found: [VIDEO] 16-Year-Old Half-Brother Arrested For Missing Body Discovery

Terry Smith's missing body found in Menifee, Calif. Wednesday after being missing sometime between 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Smith's 16-year-old half-brother was arrested for the murder of the 11-year-old autistic Smith.

The teen's name was not released by authorities. The two have the same mother and authorities believe that when Terry Smith's missing body was found, the now arrested 16-year-old was the last one to see him.

Terry Smith's missing body was found Wednesday around 1:30 a.m. not far from the Menifee home where the alleged murder could have possibly happened. Authorities found "possible human remains" in the dirt and then had a search warrant at the house when they believe the 16-year-old was last to see Smith.

"The brother was walking away from their residence, turns back, sees that Terry's following him and tells Terry, 'Hey, go home,'" Deputy Albert Martinez told The Desert Sun this week.

No further details were given beside that authorities said at the press conference that the Riverside County District Attorney's Office is waiting for investigators to forward the criminal case to prosecutors for review. They also said they do not know how long this will take.

"One of the things I want to stress is that this was a domestic issue within that residence, and that there is no stranger in the city of Menifee that caused this to happen," Capt. John Hill of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department said at a news conference on Wednesday.

The mother of the two sons has not yet spoken publicly and authorities have yet to mention her possible involvement, where she was or any detail involving her.

Locals were surprised at what happened and Dallal Harb was one of them.

"He was a very good kid, very nice and sweet, never did anything wrong," Hard, the owner of the Menifee Market told the L.A. Times. Harb owns a convenience store near the Smith property. Harb, 31, said Terry attended the same school as her two sons, and she would sometimes pick him up after school and bring him to her store for a snack before sending him home. "It just feels like a total dream. I just want to wake up from this dream."
