Project Runway Billboard Banned In LA Lest Nude Models Surrounding Heidi Klum Cause Traffic Accidents....But Racy Ad Cleared In NYC [PHOTO]

A Project Runway billboard was banned from LA for being too sexy.

A risqué Heidi Klum is on the banned Project Runway billboard...and apparently the streets of Los Angeles have to be kept safe from the Klum.

The Project Runway billboard, which advertises for Season 12 of Heidi Klum's show, was deemed too risqué and banned. The billboard features naked models surrounding Klum, who is fully clothed.

The banned Project Runway billboard is a play on The Emperor Has No Clothes, the children's story.

The shot is of Klum dressed like an empress in a flowing robe and an elegant wig. Tim Gunn stands beside her and they are surrounded by naked male and female models/minions/slaves.

Klum and Gunn each hold giant sewing needles in the banned photo.

Klum uploaded pics on Tuesday of her hair and makeup getting done. The photo was supposed to appear on billboards but deemed inappropriate for Los Angeles.

The models need some digitally-added underwear before the banned Project Runway billboard can go back up, lest It cause traffic accidents from distracted drivers.

In New York City, however, the Project Runway billboard will go up as is. NYC was always more tolerant of vice, after all.

Season 12 of the hit show will feature a bevy of celebrities such as Kaley Cuoco,Kate Bosworth, and Allison Williams.
