Kim Kardashian Kanye West Marriage: ‘Too Much Going On’ With Baby North, Won’t Happen ‘Any Time Soon,’ But Engaged In Near Future?

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed a baby together and now fans are wondering when the two are going to get married. Sources say that a Kim and Kanye marriage isn't going to happen anytime soon.

Kris Jenner reportedly encouraged Kimye not to think about marriage and rush down the altar, according to HollywoodLife.com. This may come as a surprise, since Kim and Kanye recently just had a baby daughter, North West, on June 15.

A source explained to HollywoodLife.com why marriage just isn't in the cards for the couple right now: "A wedding is not popping off any time soon. There's way too much going on. He has to tour later this year, he's a new dad, plus he and Kim are looking for a place to settle into and call their own. They're not about to add more things to do by trying to get married on top of everything they have to do. It's not happening any time soon."

However, an engagement might be in the near future, the website predicts.

When asked about a possible engagement, the source said: "No doubt. [Kanye] loves Kim with all his heart. He wants [to be engaged] and wants to make a family with her, marriage and all. Kim isn't going anywhere and neither is Kanye so there's really no need for him to rush into anything with her. Besides, she hasn't even picked out the right ring yet."

According to the International Business Times, wedding rumors emerged in February, when Kim shared a picture of her wearing Kanye West's initials on her wedding-ring finger. And last August, Kim was reportedly spotted trying on new wedding gowns.
