Selena says that because she’s one of the biggest stars on earth, she can't really keep it out of the papers when she has a boyfriend. In the past Selena Gomez dated Nick Jonas and Taylor Lautner. That was before Selena starting dating Justin. Selena Gomes is not inexperienced when it comes to Hollywood stars of having a public relationship.

The “Come and Get It” singer told Observer magazine ''I can't be afraid to live my life. I had my first 'boyfriend' [Nick], which wasn't really a boyfriend, at 14, 15. 'You're young and you don't know how to be. You don't think, 'Now I have a boyfriend - let's keep it super-private and low key', because that's not what you're thinking about. 'You're thinking about, 'Oh my God, we're holding hands!' You're just thinking about stuff like that.''

Now that Selena and Justin are an item again, after their romantic Fourth of July weekend, she says she’s learned a lot from past relationships. ''Everybody falls in love, and you would never want to hide something you're so happy about. But I've learned a lot. You keep the things that are super-private to yourself. I definitely want to do that now. But it's so hard.''

Insiders say Selena and Justin have been inseparable since they’ve reunited. The star couple split in December 2012 after they were together for two years together. Her friends are annoyed by the romance. A source told RadarOnline.com, "Selena’s friends have stuck by her through thick and thin, but the whole back-and-forth relationship with Bieber is really starting to wear on then. None of her friends really like Justin, or at least they don't like Selena with Justin. It's just not a healthy relationship."
