HTC One Max Release Date Rumors: 5.9 Inch Phablet Arriving This September To Take On Samsung Galaxy Note 3? Unveiling At IFA 2013

HTC One Max release date rumors suggest that the phablet may arrive in September, challenging a rival device, Samsung Galaxy Note 3, which is also alleged to launch during that time.

Geeky Gadgets, citing Mobile Geeks, reported about these HTC One Max release date rumors that came from sources who claim to have knowledge about the plans of the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturers. Accordingly, HTC One Max will sport a 5.9-inch display and it will come out early September.

Aside from the HTC One Max release date rumors, there are also speculations that the device will be designed to pose as a strong competitor for the upcoming phablet device of Samsung, the Galaxy Note 3, though there is no clarity yet if it will be equipped with a stylus. But given the size of HTC One Max, it won't be a surprise any more if it will be equipped with the greatest and latest features.  HTC One Max will come with a 2GB of RAM and up to 64GB of storage. It will be powered by a 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 800 chipset processor, which is also going to be inside the 6.4 inch phablet, the Sony Xperia Z Ultra as well as the LG Optimus G2, coming on Aug 7.

Furthermore, HTC One Max will also be sporting a 5.9 inch 1080p Super LCD 3 display and a 3200 mAH battery.

Gigaom noted that if the HTC One Max will be as high-quality as the current flagship device, the HTC One, then there are high chances that the Max will be a strong contender in the phablet devices, battling it out with upcoming phone/tablet devices like Optimus G2, Sony Xperia Z Ultra and ultimately, with Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

There are good chances that the official HTC One Max release date will be revealed during the IFA 2013 in Berlin. Watch out as more HTC One Max release date rumors and generally, more phablet news unfold these coming weeks.
