Moto X Release Date Set On August; Demo From Canadian Telecom Operator Leaked [VIDEO]; Google Allocates $500 Million For Marketing

News about Moto X release date coming in August intensified even more when a demo video from a Canadian telecom operator was released.

According to the video, Moto X is coming to August at Rogers, a network carrier based in Canada. The phone will be available in black and white colors. You can watch the Moto x demo video below:

Aside from rumors about Moto X release date, it was also reported that Google will be using half a billion dollars for the commercial success of the phone. Moto X is the first flagship device by Motorola Mobility after Google acquired the phone manufacturer last year. This huge move from Google just shows that the internet giant is just showing a substantial support for the upcoming phone, and it could have implications across the mobile world. The 500-million budget will be used to market the device in the US and in other countries including Europe.

Furthermore, it was reported that the four major wireless network carriers in the US will make Moto X available to customers as part of Motorola's marketing plans. Moto X will be available in AT&T, Sprint Nextel Corp, T-Mobile and Verizon.

But aside from the glitzy marketing ads, Moto X specs will also play a big role towards the success of the upcoming device.

According to International Business Times, some of the Moto X specs expected from the device are 4.7-inch display with HD 720p screen resolution, 10MP camera, Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 and a dual-core Snapdragon S4 Pro chip. These Moto X specs and features that recently emerged are deviating from initial reports telling that Google and Motorola will be using top-class elements and components as well as the latest Android firmware, either Android 4.3 Jelly Bean or the Key Lime Pie.

Watch out as official news about Moto X release date and specs coming in the coming days and weeks.
