Chris Brown Rihanna Beating Probation Revoked: Four Year Jail Sentence Possible After Hit-And-Run Debacle, Is 'Diamonds' Singer Celebrating?
Singer and Rihanna's former flame Chris Brown could go to jail after his probation was revoked Monday due to term violations following a hit-and-run.
The LA Times confirmed that Judge James R. Brandlin revoked the probation that stemmed from the 2009 Rihanna beating case, and an August 16 court date was set to determine the proper punishment for Brown.
For the "Fine China" singer, this could mean up to four years in jail.
Yesterday, Chris Brown took to Twitter for fan support and a little prayer session.
I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C'mon!!

The revoked probation stemmed from Brown rear-ending a woman's Mercedes with his Range Rover on May 21. His current girlfriend Karrueche Tran was with him, and according to the other driver, Brown refused to present his driver's license and insurance information.
Upon taking a picture of the damage, the driver alleged that both Brown and Tran went "ballistic" and began using profanities.
So far, Rihanna has not commented on the situation, and her Twitter seems as party-centric as ever.

Interestingly enough, the victim's lawyer is prepared to support Brown against the D.A.'s allegations of probation violation.
TMZ reported that currently, the victim does not want Chris to go to jail for the incident. For Brown's sake, it seems a big check is the best option.
