DigiTimes reports that Apple has not decided if the new iPad Mini will feature the Retina Display. If Apple decided to include it, the release date will more than likely be the end of the year. The report continues to say that the iPad Mini may have a design with slimmer bezels than previous models. DigiTimes isn’t know for being one hundred percent accurate, so this information is just speculation until Apple confirms it.

As always, Apple is not confirming or denying the rumors.
