Kingdom Hearts 3 Xbox One, PS4 Release Date News: Square Enix Upcoming RPG Set After Events of “Kingdom Hearts 3d Dream Drop Distance”

There is no definite Kingdom Hearts 3 Xbox One, PS4 release date yet but fans are already excited with the forthcoming action RPG from Disney and Square Enix.

Except from the Kingdom Hearts 3 Xbox One, PS4 release date, Square Enix, the game developer has recently been providing more details and updates about its highly-anticipated title. The freshest news release so far, as reported by The Examiner, citing Enix Origin, talks about what fans should expect with Kingdom Hearts 3 for Xbox One and PS4.

Accordingly, the action adventure RPG title is set after the events of the Nintendo 3DS title, Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance, which was launched this month of last year. Moreover, this sequel will be the final title for the "Dark Seeker" saga, which started when the very first Kingdom Hearts game was released on PlayStation 2 on 2002. The upcoming sequel is created by Otaka Studio and not by the original team.

The game director, Tetsuya Nomura, shared details about the game play and battle system of Kingdom Heart 3 for Xbox One and PS4. He explained, "The action's pretty frantic. The really bold action we've always had is getting even crazier. Kingdom Hearts III has three-person parties, but NPCs and other characters join the fight in each individual world, and the resulting action is really flashy and exciting. The enemy AI is a lot more intricate, too, and I think the gameplay will reflect that new dynamic balance. For example, there's a foe that's shaped like a vehicle, and Sora may jump on it and fly around; that's already implemented."

Square Enix and Disney have not been revealing any details yet about Kingdom Hearts 3 Xbox One, PS4 release date. However, interested gamers can already pre-order Kingdom Hearts 3, alongside the upcoming next-generation gaming consoles, Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Xbox One.
