Tish Cyrus and Bily Ray have canceled their divorce for a second time after attending couple's therapy. The divorce was canceled when Tish Cyrus posted a photo of her and Billy Ray on a romantic date on Instagram with the caption, 'Date Night."

Billy Ray's wife, Tish Cyrus, was citing "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce filing in June.

Billy Ray and Tish have been married for 19 years and have 5 children, including, of course, Miley.  There's only one minor child left, Noah Cyrus, who is 13. 

Tish was asking for full physical and legal custody, with visitation to Billy Ray. Tish was also asking for spousal support, and wanted him to pay her attorney's fees. 

"I spoke to Tish and she told me they both woke up and realized they love each other and decided they want to stay together," E!'s Ken Baker said.

"They recently went into couples therapy, something they hadn't done in 22 years, and it's brought them closer together and really opened up their communication."

"She also said marriage can be really hard, especially after 22 years in the entertainment business, and admitted they've had rough times."

"But, they didn't want to be another statistic and want to make it work."

"They went into the therapy with the goal of divorcing in a way that was healthy for the children, but came out of it with the realization that they in fact want to stay together."

"Tish sounds happy and energized about having this fresh start."

Billy Ray first filed for divorce two and a half years ago but Cyrus withdrew his petition in March 2011 after the parents of Miley Cyrus has reportedly reconciled.
