Real Housewives Of Atlanta Phaedra Parks Husband Apollo Nida 'Definitely' Going To Jail According To Kenya Moore [VIDEO] People Scared to Give The RHOA Star Money Upfront For Public Appearances

 Real Housewives Of Atlanta Phaedra Parks Husband Apollo Nida is in a lot of hot water these days. Apollo may be serving some time in jail yet AGAIN! Apollo is 'absolutely' going to serve jail time for his fraud charges, according to RHOA star and Apollo and Phaedra Parks enemy, Kenya Moore aka 'Kenya Whore Moore.' This is not Apollo's first brush with the law. He served two stints in jail already! Apollo Nida was convicted for racketeering and began serving his sentence July 28, 2004. He served nearly 5 years of his 18-year sentence before being paroled in May, 2009. He also served close to 5 months from December 29, 1998 to May 14, 1999 for theft by receiving stolen goods! Why in the world would southern bell Phaedra Parks date and then marry a convicted convict?! Apollo is having the hardest time of his life right now, looking at a possible third stint in jail AND dealing with his rumored seperation from Phaedra. But that's not all. Nida was just publicly put down by a man who told RadarOnline that he was "very very leery" of giving Apollo $2,000 upfront for him make an appearance at a charity event so close to his fraud trial. Phaedra Parks hubby is so angry that he make a YouTube video defending himself. Apollo said in the video, "If you wanna attack me, I decided nowadays that I'm going to attack back. 

Phaedra Parks husband continues, "I have a lot of people who are supportive, and you have a lot of haters. People who are not supportive. At the end of the day, for you to try to mess up a brand like, Nida Fitness, Apollo Nida is a brand. And so for you to say something so derogatory...the blog site didn't contact the individual. The individual goes out to contact the blog site and say, 'hey, this is what I think. Here goes Apollo's contact.' My stuff is official. My wife [Phaedra Parks] is an attorney as everyone knows. She's not my attorney, but hey, I'm connected with many attorneys. And so all of my contracts are official." But can you really blame the guy for not wanting to give the convicted felon any money upfront? I wouldn't give Nida a dime without him first completing his job he said he would do. The Real Housewives Of Atlanta husband could be serving his third time in jail for some serious charges thrown his way and so far Phaedra has not been likend to his crimes.

Apollo is being charged with fraud for allegations that he ran a shady businesses that stole unsuspecting individuals' identities to be used on various loan applications and other purposes. Kenya slams Phaedra Parks husband Apollo on 'Bethenny' smugly saying he is 'absolutely' going to jail and making him out to be utter scum. Though we cant blame Kenya for being honest, Phaedra Parks has two baby boys with Apollo so jail time would be devastating for the Parks family, even if Phaedra and Apollo are rumored to be no longer a couple. Yet Kenya has absolutely no sympathy for Apollo or Phaedra after 'textgate' and then Phaedra calling her a whore on more than one occasion. Apollo and Phaedra asked the courts to postpone their trial until March 25th to look over the charges, and their request was granted. Then they asked for a second postponement until Apil 25th and that was granted to Apollo as well. Phaedra can now keep her babies' father a little longer but no amount of postponements can stop Apollo from heading to jail. Parks is a laywer and hopefully knew better than to get involved in his fraudulent crimes! Yet some suspect Phaedra was the mastermind behind the crimes believing Apollo isn't smart enough to design the elaborate scheme on his own. Maybe that's why Phaedra is keeping her distance from Nida romantically.

Kenya is rooting for Phaedra Parks husband to be guilty, still upset that he told Phaedra and the other Atlanta Housewives that Kenya was sending him sexual texts and saying he could easily sleep with her if he wanted. The Real Housewives franchise has had it's share of serious legal problems. The Real Housewives of New Jersey has Teresa and Joe Giudice accused of 41 a whopping counts of fraud and each is expected to serve their own jail time. Atlanta Housewives now has Phaedra and Apollo. What is with these Housewives stars? Are they trying to financially keep up with each other?

Don't reality stars realize everything they do will be put under a microscope? If you're going to break the law, you shouldn't be on television for the world to stare at you, right? Didn't think that ever needed to be said, but Teresa and Joe Giudice did the same thing and have gotten caught! Apollo could be looking at 20 years in jail will these serious charges upon him. He wants to work out a plea deal, but Apollo may not get as lucky as Teresa and Joe Giudice this time around. Certainly being on a hit show like The Real Housewives of Atlanta gave him the platform to make money in legal ways! What about Apollo and Phaedra doing thier workout video?! Was that not lucrative enough for Nida? Bethenny Frankel also asked Kenya if the cast of Real Housewives of Atlanta has yet to approached Phaedra Parks or Apollo on the situation. Kenya smugly answered, "I've never seen him outside of Housewives tapings but we talk about it amongst the cast obviously. I don't have anything to say to him after the lies he's told on me. I don't have a reason to have a conversation with him." As the most outspoken Housewives star in Atlanta, who recently said Nene Leakes is 'on something,' this isn't the first time Kenya has voiced her negative opinions about Phaedra Parks, Apollo and the other Housewives on the show. Kenya recently tweeted about Apollo:

Kenya also has plenty to say about Phaedra Parks who recently had a baby with Apollo. Moore may dislike Phaedra and Apollo but she should be more worried about their children. But that is asking way to much of Kenya Moore who is self absorbed and heartless.

But Kenya feels Phaedra deserves what she got served continuing:

"She[Phaedra] used a national platform 2 spread disgusting lies about me. She knew what she was doing and last season 2," Kenya stated. "Thank god ppl see the truth of who all these people are and their transparent reasons of defense #nobodybelievesu #urnotastardealwithit."
