Us reported April 5 that Kim Kardashian was flaunting her smoking-hot bikini body while vacationing in Phang-Nga. Kim Kardashian has been dogged by rumors her famous butt has been surgically enhanced - and Kim has always denied it. Kardashian credited the low-carb Atkins diet for her jaw-dropping 50-pound weight loss, which she achieved in just six months.

But according to her friends, Kim Kardashian is ruining her body with plastic surgery. According to at least one report, Kim Kardashian spent $80,000 on post-pregnancy plastic surgery. Music producer Damon Thomas, Kim's first husband, the claimed that he paid for Kim to have extensive plastic surgery, including a boob job and liposuction. He told In Touch magazine "She wanted to have that lifestyle. She wanted to be what she ultimately became."

After Kim and Thomas divoved in 2004, Star magazine cited court papers to claim that Kim alleged that Thomas forced her to get liposuction. She says he gave her $3,650 to get the procedure done. According to the court papers, Kim said "I had to be perfect [for him]."

So, is Kim Kardashian ruining her body with plastic surgery? Whether it's her butt, her boobs or her nose, Kim Kardashian has always denied having any plastic surgery Kim was spotted at a "discreet" plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills five months after giving birth to baby North.

Kim Kardashian still looks hot after losing the baby weight. Kim says she lost the 70 pounds of baby weight through exercise and the Atkins Diet, but Life & Style Magazine said the star of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians was also enhancing her body with secret cutting-edge cosmetic procedures. 

A source told Life & Style that Kim was secretly seeing Beverly Hills cosmetic plastic surgeon Dr. Simon Ourian who works out of the Epione clinic. The source said Kardashian was getting plastic surgery that included fillers, stretch-mark treatments and "a fat-reducing ultrasound procedure on her stomach that costs up to $5,000 a session."

Representatives deny that Kim was being treated by Dr. Ourian, but the magazine's source said "Kim and other high-profile clients can sneak in through a back door" so the paparazzi don't see them. The source says Kim pretended to go into the next door Pilates studio. "She even wore workout clothes to throw off the photographers and begged them to make it look like she was going inside to work out, not to get laser treatments."

The magazine said Kim sent to Dr. Ourian on Nov. 13 to get the Coolaser treatment. The treatment chills the skin and then vaporizes skin cells with light pulses. The pulsations remove wrinkles, scars, saggy skin and stretch marks.

On the Feb. 23 episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim visited a cosmetic dermatologist to ask about having something done to "tighten" and elongate her hands which she thinks look "really wrinkly."

Kardashian tweeted "I'm seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt-implants injections. Get a life! Using pics of me 15 lbs skinnier (before I had my baby) comparing to me now."

Kim has only publicly admitted to having Botox.
