According to emerging reports, actress Tori Spelling's marital woes, which started when she learned about her husband Dean McDermott's infidelity, may be taking a health toll on star of the reality TV hit "True Tori."

According to E! News, in the midst of Tori's marital issues with Dean McDermott, Tori Spelling was recently hospitalized for at least six days. There is no word yet on why Spelling was hospitalized.

The former "90210" star was caught on camera as she headed home on Saturday afternoon. Dean McDermott helped her to an SUV. Tori was wearing a pink hospital band on her wrist.

An insider told E! News that Dean McDermott stayed with Tori 10 hours every day during her hospital stay. A witness said "He would arrive by 10am and didn't leave until 8 most nights. He seemed very stressed out and worried. 'He would bring food and often only left Tori to go outside to catch some air or make a phone call.''

Spelling and McDermott star on "True Tori." The reality show is taping the couple as they try to save their marriage after it went public that McDermott cheated on Spelling with Emily Goodhand, 28.

Tori told Us magazine "He was my soulmate, but he completely broke my heart. It makes you not trust anything that's happened in your relationship."

Spelling's marriage troubles issues with husband Dean McDermott have pushed the couple into counseling on their reality show.

In last week's premiere episode of True Tori, McDermott admitted to the therapist "We would have sex once every two weeks. It wasn't fantastic."

Last week, Tori wrote on her blog that "I wanted to take a moment to address what's been going on in my life over the last several months. Our family has been going through an incredibly difficult and trying time, and the story of what I've been going through has been told by everyone except for me. So, it's time for me to set the record straight."

She continued "Throughout my life, the tabloids have told every story you could imagine - and they always got it wrong," she continued. "I needed the chance to tell my own story. At the moment, I don't know if it will have a happy ending. But I need to get my voice back, and this is my way of doing that."

Tori's health issues recently made headlines when she appeared in a photo spread for In Touch magazine and looked frail.
