The picture looks like its from about 2007 and Kim's entire facial structure is different. Kim's nose, lips and eyes are almost unrecognizable. Kim has continuously denies that she's had plastic surgery. Botox, yes, but not the nose. She told ABC's Nightline in 2010 "I've never had my nose done."
Kim swears she hasn't have any work done after giving birth to baby North. In 2010, Kim continued telling ABC's Nightline 'I always want to get my nose done...I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't - I wouldn't look the same.'
