HTC One M8 Mini Press Images Leaked Online, Will Arrive In Gold, Gray And Silver, Specs Incl. 4.5" Display, Snapdragon 400, Quad-Core CPU, 1GB RAM, No Dual Camera

HTC One M8 mini: Even after the HTC One M8 flagship was announced, there were already talks that the Taiwanese manufacturer is already gearing the smartphone's 'mini' version.

After several weeks of leaks and rumored specs, we finally get to see how the HTC One M8 mini would look like.

In a report by GSM Arena, the midrange level handset appeared in what appears to be an official press image of the device. Of course, the image got out courtesy of notorious leakster EV Leaks

In the image, we see the One M8 mini donned in three different color options, all of which to be available at the official release date of the device. The HTC handset will come in gold, silver and gray colors, just like its bigger sibling.

Aside from the color combinations, we also take a look at the single rear camera of the device which packs an impressive 13 megapixels. For Android lovers who are fans of both HTC's build and design and its pre-UltraPixel imaging, this could be the smartphone you have been waiting for.

In a separate report, the new mini smartphone will be branded as the HTC One mini 2, and would accompany the One M8 flagship just like the original One mini did last year for the M7.

For the past weeks and months, we have read a number of rumored specs for the upcoming Android device, including a 4.5-inch display with HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, a quad-core CPU, Snapdragon 400 chipset, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory with an option for expansion via microSD card.

Now that we have seen the smaller HTC One's press images, that only means that the official unveiling cannot be too far away.

Stay tuned to get more updates on the HTC One mini 2.
