C-Clown Is Ready For A Comeback - New EP Due Out On July 8

July will be a busy month for K-pop fans as idol groups are set to make their comebacks.

Six-member boy group C-Clown revealed their plans to release a new mini-album on July 8, adding their names to the ever-growing list of K-pop stars making summer comebacks.

The K-pop group made a comeback earlier this year, releasing their single "Justice" in mid-February. The new mini-album will be their first since "Shaking Heart" dropped in April 2013.

C-Clown is comprised of members Rome, Siwoo, Ray, Kang Jun, TK and Maru, who debuted in 2012 under Yedang Entertainment. Since their debut into the world of K-pop, the group released three mini-albums and has promoted four singles.

The first three comeback tracks the group released, "Solo," "Far Away" and "Shaking Heart" can be categorized as pop, which is generally what K-pop singers gravitate towards.

For "Justice," the group stepped out of their comfort zone and went into the world of Electro Hip Hop, according to the publication Hellokpop.

Famous composers, including Rado, Ji-In, Wontaek, Shinsadong Tiger and Yong Jun Hyung helped the group produce their albums and tracks.

In addition to news of their new EP, C-Clown gave fans a glimpse of what's in store for them with the release of a stream of teaser photos.

The first picture features member TK with wet hair and a towel on his head. The writing on the picture reads, "Meet me" and already has fans guessing what it could mean.

The image was shared through the C-Clown official Instagram account.

Recently, 23-year-old vocalist Rome of C-Clown expressed his thoughts on the changes going on in K-pop during his interview with the Sydney Morning Herald.

"Not many people realize that K-pop in Korea is actually dying. Idols come out week after week after week. Now, when audiences see a new idol group, they won't look for five seconds. They won't look at all. It doesn't matter about skills or how good the team is. I mean the good thing is that in Australia and Europe and other Asian countries, everything must be new and just blooming right now," stated the C-Clown member.
