Girls' Generation's (SNSD) Diet of 1200 Calories a Day

On the 10th on MBC "Good Day," family doctor Yeo Esther, food stylist Choi Jung Min, and trainer Kim Han Sang all got together to discuss the trending celebrity diets.

They investigated SNSD's successful diet containing grilled chicken breast, onions, and garlic.

Choi Jung Min shared, "You can use roasted almonds to make seasoning," and, "Just enough oil actually suppresses your appetite. Almonds don't contain harmful fat so it's perfect for seasoning."

Yeo Ester added, "But, this kind of diet is too difficult for the average person. SNSD consumes only 1200 calories a day. An average person usually needs 2000-2400 calores a day," and, "The celebrity diet, especially focused on one food, has the potential to speed up the aging process and make your hair and skin dry."
