"Castle" season 7 spoilers are here and it seems Rick and Kate will take on a case involving a toy company. Meanwhile, a spinoff is all set based on the Derrick Storm novels.

According to the "Castle" season 7 spoilers from TVLine, Gina Ravera was added to the cast as a guest for the second episode. The 48-year-old actress will play Marsha Stoller, the vice president of the toy company.

Those who are following "The Closer" will recognize her as Det. Irene Daniels, but she also appeared in "ER" as Dr. Bettina De Jesus.

"The 12th precinct finds itself playing in the toy biz when company founder Wally Williger turns up d-e-a-d," the website said, adding that she could be one of the suspects, along with the dead man's wife, a warehouse foreman and Wally's assistant.

Earlier, showrunner Andrew Marlowe dished out more "Castle" season 7 spoilers to Give Me My Remote when he said that the premiere episode will be about Beckett trying to solve the mystery of the missing Rick.

"That's really her focus and her mission. She's going to do that, and she's going to take that as far as she can go to get answers. That's what she's focused on," he said.

In the "Castle" season 7 spoilers by Zap2it, which published a copy of the teaser video for the premiere, Beckett is seen combing through the rubble of the fiery crash for any sign of Rick. But he's nowhere to be seen.

The teaser video also confirmed that Rick did manage to come out of the wreck alive, although it did not provide any explanation how.

Meanwhile, TVGuide reported that a "Castle" spinoff is being developed by ABC based on Richard Castle's novels about the hero Derrick Storm. Reportedly, Gregory Poirier and Andrew Marlowe will co-run the show.

"Castle" season 7 premieres on Monday, September 29.
