‘Game Of Thrones’ To Film Controversial Nude Scene After All: Cersei To Strip Down On Fifth Season Of HBO Show

"Game of Thrones" will have a nude scene after all. Well, yet another nude scene.

After the HBO show was originally denied the right to film a pivotal Cersei Lannister moment inside a Croatian church, an agreement has been made that will make the buzzed-about spectacle possible.

The show's crew initially ran into trouble when attempting to film the Cersei scene due to the Croatian film commission's policies against public nudity. According to Gawker, the "iconic scene" from "A Dance With Dragons" involves Cersei, played by Lena Headey, emerging from the Great Sept of Baelor, which is filmed at the Church of St. Nicholas in Dubrovnik.

However, a compromise has been reached.

TMZ, reports that the production team has made a deal with Croatian officials that will allow them to film outside of a church. The crew will then reproduce the look of the church for the interior shots in the scene.

So now that the green light has been given for Headey to walk naked through the streets of Kings Landing, filming of the fifth season of Game of Thrones can resume.

In other "Game of Thrones" news, Telltale Games has just released a teaser for its new video game based on the George RR Martin book series.

According to GameSpot, the game will likely be based on the upcoming fifth season of the television series.

Telltale released a promotional image of the impending game, which included a quote from the fifth novel in Martin's award-winning series,"A Dance with Dragons."

"...Trackers and hunters sworn to Deepwood with clan names like Forrester and Woods, Brand and Bole."

Many fans have taken these words as a hint about where the game will be set within the world of the series.
