"Arrow" season 3 spoilers reveal that Oliver's mentor, who has been recast, will join in the flashback scenes to explain the missing years in his life while in Asia. Series alum Bex Taylor-Klaus, meanwhile, leads the cast of "Scream" TV series.

According to the "Arrow" season 3 spoilers from Deadline, Rila Fukushima, last seen in the "Wolverine" sequel, has landed a recurring role in the series.

"She will play Tatsu Yamashiro, a character that first appeared in the Green Arrow origin series graphic novels published by DC Comics," it said. "She is a Japanese martial arts expert who wields a deadly sword, a blade from which her codename Katana is derived."

In the TV series, meanwhile, Tatsu Yamashiro will become Oliver's mentor and help shape him to become the hero of Starling. She is the wife of Toshi, the teacher of Oliver Queen.

Tatsu Yamashiro will replace Devon Aoki of "Fast and the Furious" who, according to the "Arrow" season 3 spoilers by TVLine, has withdrawn from the project because of "scheduling conflict."

Meanwhile, the role of Audrey Jensen in the "Scream" TV series was recast as Amy Forsyth was replaced by "Arrow" alum Bex Taylor-Klaus.

The character of Audrey Jensen is described as an artistic daughter of a Lutheran pastor who's a bit of a loner.

The TVGuide said that the "Scream" TV series, adapted from the 1996 slasher flick starring Drew Barrymore and Neve Campbell, will center around a high school student Emma (to be played by Willa Fitzgerald of "Royal Pains") who managed to be deemed cool enough to hang out with the popular kids in the campus.

However, in the process she gets more and more estranged from her childhood friend, Audrey. The series starts with a viral YouTube video which will trigger a series of murders by a mysterious killer.
