Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's split confirmation is apparently not from the rapper himself as news reveal that the "Hero" singer is reportedly spying on her husband.

In a series of posts in his Twitter account, the rapper finally addressed the claims that the confirmation about Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's split allegedly came from him.

He said: "For the record I NEVER have, nor will I make a statement regarding my marriage."

The rapper even added: "And finally, 'Trouble in Paradise' is the dumbest phrase I've ever heard! I would never say that sh!t."

Clearly, the "America's Got Talent" host is furious with the recent reports surrounding his marriage plus the fact that he is being linked to 23-year-old model Jasmine Sanders, who is allegedly the third party that caused rift in his marriage.

"But it is unfair to drag innocent people into the equation..." tweeted the rapper.

He also expressed his apology "to anyone who's gotten caught up in this unwarranted drama."

The rapper also aired out his feelings for his wife and mother of his two kids saying: "I will always love her unconditionally for this and so much more. @MariahCarey is an amazing Mother and I trust her." He further tweeted: "I love @MariahCarey and that will never change!!!"

But while the "America's Got Talent" host already said his piece about the alleged Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon split, an earlier report from RadarOnline claimed that the "Hero" singer has been spying on her husband.

The news site quoted a source saying: "She would send her assistants to spy on him during tapings of America's Got Talent in New York City."

Reportedly, the singer has little trust in their relationship.

Just last week, moving trucks were seen outside the "Hero" singer's New York City apartment building paving way to rumors that the couple's separation has somewhat become final.
