While Miranda Kerr and James Packer are continuously being linked, Orlando Bloom likewise has some explaining to do. Recently, the 37-year-old actor talked about his rumored romance with Packer's ex-wife, Erica.

Orlando Bloom dating Erica Packer rumors sparked when the two were spotted together in Ibiza, Spain. However, in an interview with Australia's Daily Telegraph, the "Lord of the Rings" actor said that he's nothing but friends with the former Mrs. Packer.

"I've known Erica before she was married to James, when she was married to James and afterwards, and we are all mates. It probably looks odd, but we are all mates. We have known each other for a long time," he explained.

Bloom went on to assert that he and Packer are "great mates." Meanwhile, he is set to appear at the Oz Comic Con events in Australia's key cities, Sydney and Brisbane. He will be representing his big films including "The Hobbit" and "Pirates of the Carribean."

The former husband of the Victoria's Secret supermodel talked about his plans of visiting the Kerr's relatives: "The Kerrs are family. I've spent so much time there. And with Miranda and Flynn and the family and stuff I've been coming and going for many years. I love it there."

The Australian beauty has similarly denied her rumored relationship with media mogul James Packer by insisting about their friendship.

"The public want to put me with someone. I know the truth, I am single, and the people that are important to me know the truth, and that is all," she told Sunday Times Style.
