FTISLAND 2015 Comeback Update: Idol Rock Band Set To Release 5th Studio Album ‘I Will’ Later This Month

Last week, the Primadonna fan base may have been scrambling around trying to figure out what day precisely will mark the return of their favorite five piece pop rock band.

Since it's been over a year, there will likely be much excitement.

Finally the FTISLAND 2015 comeback has been scheduled for March 23. The comeback will consist of the typical music show appearances alongside the release of their fifth studio album titled "I Will." It's of note that this indeed is a Korean comeback after FTISLAND's many promotions in Japan. A teaser website for the album is set to be released March 13 at Midnight KST.

Last week, the head of FNC Entertainment Han Sung Ho released a statement regarding the group's preparation for a comeback:

"I want to let you know fans know the news of F.T. Island having a Korean comeback. We're aiming to release F.T. Island's 5th full album at the end of March," wrote Han (via Koreaboo).

As for what fans can possibly expect for the album "I Will," guitarist Seunghyun Song, the group's guitarist, recently revealed a short video of him completing backup vocals on his personal Instagram. Fans can watch this short clip here.

In case it's time to remind yourself of the group's most recent sound, FTISLAND's last Korean activities were for the mini album "The Mood." Since that release in November 2013, FTISLAND has been mostly engaged in international activities, including two concerts in the US. The series of concerts were entitled "2015 FTISLAND [FTHX] LIVE."

For those who are not familiar with the group, FTISLAND is comprised of members Choi Jonghoon, Lee Hongki, Lee Jaejin, Song Seunghyun, and Choi Minhwan. The band is approaching their eighth year together after debuting in 2007.
