Norman Reedus Unsure About Life After 'Walking Dead'? Wants To Play Daryl Dixon Till He’s 80!

Norman Reedus does not want "Walking Dead" to end.

During the Walker Stalker Con in Atlanta over the weekend, the Daryl Dixon actor opened up on how lucky he felt about getting to work on the post-apocalyptic TV series. But along with that, he also was not sure about the next phase of his career if the series ended.

"I'm very fortunate to be able to do these things and get them done," the Daryl Dixon actor told the audience as quoted by Atlanta Magazine. "I'm just having a good time. I don't know what I'll do next or what will happen, but I feel very blessed, and a lot of it is you guys."

This is not the first time that the actor has somehow expressed his fears about the show. Last month, he admitted that the plot for the TV series could change anytime and he can be killed off anytime -- a fact he apparently would hate to happen.

"They'll kill me whenever they want," the Daryl Dixon actor explained to Details magazine last month. "I would hate to leave the show."

He even insisted that he desired to portray Daryl Dixon even he's old.

"I would play this role until I'm 80," he exclaimed, "I really would. And I could."

Despite feeling attached to his character on "Walking Dead," the actor also dabbed on other roles including headlining an upcoming show, "Ride With Norman Reedus," as cited by Comicbook.

"It's not really a reality show," he explained in the panel as quoted by the source above. "It's more of a travel documentary type show."

"It's like what Anthony Bourdain does with food, we do with motorcycles," he added. "We travel around, meet people and talk bikes."

Aside from this, "Walking Dead's" Norman Reedus also has released a book on photography -- "The Sun's Coming Up Like a Big Bald Head" -- in September. In an interview with Imagista, he said it featured pictures of places he's visited.
