Foo Fighter's Performs ‘Learn To Fly' With Rockin' 1000 After Cesena Concert?

The Foo Fighters finally performed in Cesena after more than a decade since their last concert in the Italian town. They even launched the much-awaited performance by singing the song that brought them to the town in the first place.

As reported by KROQ, the band started off their concert with a bang singing "Learn To Fly." It was the same song that made their trip to Cesena possible after the band made a viral video doing their own cover of the hit song.

The audience at the concert, which included the Rockin' 1000, sang along as "Learn To Fly" was performed. No remake of the epic cover of the song happened during the concert. But it was mentioned on the Twitter account of Rockin' 1000 that the rockers and Foo Fighters had a jam session in an after party even.

"#Rockin1000 jam session right now at @TeatroVerdi!!" the group tweeted.

Fans who have followed the inspiring story of Fabio Zafagnini, his fellow organizers and donors as well as Rockin' 1000 expressed over Facebook that they hope videos of the magnificent Foo Fighters Cesena concert will be shared online soon.

Amid the band's concert in Carisport, Dave Grohl also took the opportunity to take the rockers and fans for inviting them in one epic way.

"To see you people, singing our song for the whole f-----g world, to me, it's the greatest moment of my life," Dave Grohl told the audience at Carisport as quoted by Consequence of Sound.

"Of course we couldn't say no, we had to come," he also teased. "You trapped us, we had to come here. I hope you do the same thing for U2, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Rage Against the Machine, do it for all rock bands."

It was only in July when the group led by Fabio Zafagnini made a cover of "Learn To Fly" along with 1000 rockers. The result amazed the world and pushed Foo Fighters to visit Cesena for a concert.
